Chicken breast | 200g |
Satay seasoning | 2 Tsp |
Onion | ½ piece |
Bell pepper | ½ piece |
Garlic clove | 1 piece |
Button mushrooms | 50g |
Cooking cream | 10 cl |
Rub chicken with satay blend
Drizzle olive oil over chicken breast, then add ½ tsp of satay seasoning.
Make sure to rub the seasoning into each breast thoroughly so every piece is coated evenly.
Stir-fry chicken
Heat a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
Add diced chicken breasts and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
Set aside
Stir fry vegetables
Heat a drizzle of oil over medium-high heat.
Stir-fry onion and bell pepper.
Add minced garlic and then button mushrooms. Stir-fry until cooked through.
Add the cooked chicken and mix well together.
Add extra satay seasoning
Add ½ tsp of satay seasoning.
Stir well.
Stir 10cl of cooking cream
Add 10cl of cooking cream.
Serve your plate
Place on a dish and top with fresh coriander.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
